Denver is our home base, so we cover the city end to end — the bungalows and Denver Squares around Berkeley, Highlands, Sloan’s Lake and Congress Park, the condos and lofts downtown and through LoDo and RiNo, and the newer homes out toward Central Park. Wash Park, Platt Park, Baker, Cherry Creek and City Park are all well inside our regular route.
Denver housing covers about a century of building styles, and they don’t clean the same way. The older brick bungalows and Squares tend to have original hardwood, tiled bathrooms with grout that needs real attention, and deep window sills and trim that a quick pass will skip entirely.
Downtown condos are the opposite problem: less square footage, but far more glass, stainless and hard surfaces, where every smudge shows. Newer builds toward Central Park bring open floor plans and large kitchen islands that move quickly once you know the layout. We plan the visit around which of those your home actually is.
